Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, with attached tags. If the item is unsuitable for resale, a refund cannot be provided. To initiate a return, kindly email us with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned or exchanged if they:

• Have been washed
• Emit a distinct odour
• Show evidence of animal or human hair
• Lack original tags

Additionally, items cannot be returned due to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or accidents
• Failure to follow product care instructions

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
